New Socks

I got new socks yesterday. You know what that means? It means that the whites have not been done, so instead of doing the laundry, my wife bought me new socks. All I did is made mention of the fact that my sock drawer was empty. I politely mentioned the possibility of maybe some wash getting done. Instead she went to the store and bought me new ones.

Do you think if I politely mention that my golf clubs are dirty, and need a cleaning, that she will buy me new ones?

Absolutely !!

The Victoria Secret drawer is out of Teddy's. Especially those ones with the chumpies that connect the stockings to the other things....... The lingerie drawer is empty.

The washer and dryer EAT socks! We put a pair in and one comes out! Put one in and none come out! Thus the empty drawer! Where do they go? "new socks" is better than no socks.

Here's an original idea....YOU put YOUR wash in and YOU refill YOUR underwear drawer!!! When my guy not only does his own laundry, but mine too, it say's "I love you babe" like nothin else. I refill that empty Teddy drawer for him in a heartbeat!

It's highly unlikely, but may be worth a shot. I would however, be aware that the outcome could be disastrous, she may use the old clubs as future weapons, OR since it's not her "usual responsibility" to wash them, she may just throw them away and not worry about replacing them. Go ahead, give it a whirl, but don't say I didn't warn ya!

Hope the Whispering household has a FAB holiday weekend. Stacie

ps..does William's Brother have a blog? I can't seem to find one for him, and he comments once in awhile at my place. If not, he should definitely get one! In fact, I'm all in favor of your guys' Mom and wives having one too!

Ha Ha! Keep dreaming about those clubs buddy! Good idea though.

Maybe you should "lose" them and see what happens. Ya never know . . .
